Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school in Burntwood. This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.  starting immediately after the February half term.

The successful candidate must have prior experience working within a primary school setting and hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification. If you are passionate about supporting students’ learning and development and thrive in a school environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
– Assisting students with their learning activities
– Providing one-on-one support for students who require additional help
– Contributing to the overall welfare and development of the students
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:
– Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
– Previous experience working in a primary school
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well within a team
– Enthusiasm for supporting students’ educational journey
