Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Position Type: Full-time, ongoing (potential for permanent position for the right candidate)
Start Date: September 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm
Zest Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a friendly, family-feel school in Brent. This school is a 3 form entry establishment with a supportive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
– Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
– Providing one-on-one assistance to students as needed
– Assisting with the preparation of educational materials
– Supporting the social and emotional development of students
– Communicating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
Requirements:
– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
– Previous experience working in a school setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Passion for supporting the education and development of young learners

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
