Full-Time NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Bournville | Join a Supportive & Inspiring Primary School

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated, full-time NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the popular Bournville area. About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children thrive across various year groups. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Providing focused 1:1 and small-group support
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and learning activities
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere
  • Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and overall development

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
  • Have strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Be proactive, enthusiastic and committed to children’s progress
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
  • Bring energy, patience and a caring nature to the classroom
  • Have previous experience in a primary school or working with children
