MFL Teacher KS3 – KS4

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join the team at a Secondary School in Stoke on Trent.

As a KS3/KS4 MFL Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students.

The ideal candidate will be engaging, adaptable and able to energise a range of students. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, behaviour management, and communication. A working knowledge of the curriculum and experience teaching it are key to success in this role.

The role is set to commence after the Easter Holiday running through to the end of the academic year. There is also potential for extension into the next academic year based on fit and performance.

Responsibilities and requirements:

– Organised and able to effectively manage classrooms
– Hold a PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification with QTS or QTLS
– Ability to work collaboratively with students and other staff alike
– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles
– Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
– Creative approach to making lessons enjoyable and accessible
– Experience working with KS3 and KS4 students and a genuine passion for teaching Modern Foreign Languages
