Zest Education are working closely with a secondary school in North Birmingham who are looking to appoint a qualified Music teacher to start with them after the Easter Holidays in April 2022. This is a maternity leave and will be a long term supply role.

The successful applicant will have:

  1. A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  2. A strong passion for the subject of Music and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
  3. A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  4. The ability to be involved with extra curricular activities including performances throughout the school year

Excellent rates of pay are available starting from £120 per day. Pay to scale is available after a qualifying period of 12 weeks.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
