About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Lichfield. This role begins immediately in May 2026, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a positive impact on pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

You will work with students who may have a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. The school is open to offering full-time hours to the right candidate who can demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and the ability to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored lessons that support individual learning plans
  • Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
  • Work closely with parents, SENCO, and external professionals
  • Track and monitor progress, contributing to EHCP reviews
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
