This rewarding role, located in a school in the Longbridge area, requires a dedicated individual who is committed to providing essential support until the end of the academic year.

As a teaching assistant you will play a crucial role in assisting the child with additional needs in their educational journey. Personal care may be necessary at times, so a compassionate and patient approach is essential. To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant childcare qualification, ensuring the knowledge and skills needed to support the child effectively.

The successful applicant will be someone who is reliable, hardworking, and possesses a strong work ethic. Working from 08.20am to 3.45pm, Tuesday to Friday, this position requires a commitment to the entirety of the role. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
