Zest Education is hiring for a dedicated and compassionate part time Teaching Assistant to join a school in the Moseley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) classes, ensuring the well-being and development of all children during the morning sessions (08.15am – 12.45pm).
This rewarding role will involve providing personal care and 1-1 support to pupils, as well as assisting with general classroom duties such as organising resources, preparing activities, and supervising break times. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on the daily school experience of the children.
The successful applicant must hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare, demonstrating a strong understanding of safeguarding protocols and the school’s values. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
