As a Male PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the school’s mission to provide exceptional education to young people, irrespective of their background or ability. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the changing rooms and ensure the safety and well-being of the students.

To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with knowledge of KS5 being highly advantageous. The school is particularly interested in candidates who are highly motivated, creative, and capable of designing dynamic lessons that can be adapted based on weather conditions and available facilities.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

– A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded you QTS or QTLS.
– A genuine passion for Physical Education as a subject and a deep knowledge of the curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4.
– The desire to work collaboratively with the wider PE department and actively contribute to the school community.
– The ability to lead and engage students in extracurricular PE clubs and activities.
