Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a delightful school in Marston Green who is in need of a dedicated PPA Cover Teacher to provide support across the primary school.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time for primary school teachers. This will involve delivering pre-prepared lessons across various year groups and subjects, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. The PPA Cover Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to maintain continuity in students’ education and contribute to the school’s positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience working in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
– Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
– Passion for education and a commitment to supporting students’ learning and development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
