Are you passionate about helping students excel and providing support in absence of their class teacher. A primary school in Aldridge is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is to start in May 2025 and will continue on a long-term basis for the successful candidate. As a PPA teacher, you will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons to pupils across all areas of school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting targeted intervention sessions to help pupils achieve their full potential in SATs
• Building strong relationships with students to create a supportive learning environment
• Collaborating with other teachers to align intervention strategies with the curriculum
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of the UK curriculum
• Ability to engage and motivate students towards academic success
• Holding a valid QTS
This rewarding role offers a competitive daily rate starting from £130, the school are advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
