Zest Education are currently recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a primary school in Sutton Coldfield.
This role involves covering classes across different year groups, providing consistency for pupils while teachers have allocated planning and preparation time.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons across various age groups
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different classes
Support children’s academic and personal development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Ensure a positive and structured learning environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching across the primary age range
Flexibility and adaptability in the classroom
Excellent behaviour management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
