A welcoming and well-regarded Junior and Infants School in Solihull is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This role is being offered on a part-time basis (2 days per week) for a minimum of 6 weeks, with the potential for extension.
The school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for a diverse range of pupils. With a supportive and proactive Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be joining a school that values teamwork, high standards, and pupil wellbeing.
The Role:
Covering classes across the school as part of the PPA timetable
Ensuring continuity of learning with engaging and well-planned lessons
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Working closely with other staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
Ideal Candidate:
A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
Confident across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Reliable, flexible, and passionate about teaching
Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Has good classroom management and a nurturing approach

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
