If you’re a teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in 2024, we have a role suited to you. A school in Solihull are looking for a motivated teacher to cover PPA across the school for five days a week. The role is due to start in February 2024 and will continue for the rest of the academic year.
The school works closely with other schools in their academy trust to ensure all areas of the curriculum are of high quality and provide excellent support and challenge so that each and every child can make good progression. SLT also ensure that teachers are making good continual professional development and their well-being is prioritised to make it a desirable place to work.
The role will involve teaching from EYFS to Year 6 so the successful candidate must have proven experience teaching across the Primary National Curriculum. The school are looking for someone who can think outside of the box when teaching and following the schools planning to ensure they’re providing engaging lessons. You should be someone who is adaptable and works well under pressure. Due to the nature of the role, good communication skills are key to ensure that you are communicating with the class teachers regarding the children’s progress, behaviour and next steps.
