Zest Education, in partnership with a delightful school in Burton on Trent, is seeking a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across all year groups from Early Years Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2, providing invaluable support to both teachers and students as well as invaluable experiences for yourself and your career. This role is due to begin at the beginning of the Summer term and will continue for at least two academic terms, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the role:
– Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
– Support individual students with their learning needs.
– Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
– Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.
– Be adaptable to work across EYFS to KS2.

To be successful in this role you must:
– Have relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of young learners.
– Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
