Primary SEMH Teacher – Full Time

Location: Shenstone, Staffordshire

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with a strong understanding of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated, trauma‑informed practitioner to join a highly supportive specialist SEMH school based in the Shenstone area. We are looking for a full‑time Primary Teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences to pupils with SEMH needs. You will work within a nurturing environment where positive relationships and personalised approaches are at the heart of everything we do.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Primary Teacher with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • SEND experience, particularly in SEMH settings
  • Team Teach trained (ideal) – training can be provided if needed
  • A trauma‑informed approach to behaviour and learning
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Good attendance record and a positive professional attitude
