Job Description

Join our team at Zest Education as a Primary Teaching Assistant at a vibrant primary school in Lichfield! You will be working 3 days a week, providing valuable assistance to students and teachers starting immediately.

Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
– Assisting with classroom management and behaviour

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with primary-age children
– A genuine passion for education and helping young learners succeed
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
