Zest Education, are working with a wonderful school in Lichfield, who are seeking a dynamic and committed Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team at a two-form school in the heart of the town. As a valued member of their staff, you will have the chance to work in a friendly and nurturing environment that promotes the growth and well-being of the students.
In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling the academic and personal development of children across multiple year groups. Working closely with the teaching staff, you will provide essential support in the classroom, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Whether it’s assisting with lesson planning, delivering one-on-one support, or facilitating group activities, your contributions will be instrumental in fostering student growth and success.
As a cross-year teaching assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work with students of various ages, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of primary education.
