Psychology Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a psychology teacher for a highly regarded school in the Burton on Trent Area, which has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This position is for a long-term supply starting in October 2024. It is essential to have a strong passion for psychology and a comprehensive understanding of the subject at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (knowledge of sociology is desirable but not essential). The ideal candidate should also thrive in a team environment and be capable of planning, marking, and delivering high-quality lessons (planning and marking will only be required for short/long term placements). Additionally, strong classroom and behaviour management skills are necessary, along with confidence in utilizing ICT in a professional capacity.
