Psychology Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a team at a highly regarded school. The school has received a Good rating from Ofsted and offers a supportive and welcoming environment. This is a full-time position, starting January 2025, until the end of the summer term.

As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5. You will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in the fascinating field of psychology and support their learning and development.

The department is known for its helpful and collaborative approach, providing a supportive network for both experienced and newly qualified teachers. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of enthusiastic and experienced professionals who are committed to helping students thrive.

The school is located in Aston, making it easily accessible for both local and commuting teachers.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching Psychology to Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5 students
– Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
– Excellent communication and organisational skills

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
