📍 Location: Bordesley Green, Birmingham

🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time or Part-time)

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils and helping the classroom run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils in lessons to help them access learning.
• Assisting the class teacher with preparing resources and activities.
• Providing 1:1 or small‑group support when needed.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a safe, nurturing learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• A positive, flexible, and patient approach.
• A commitment to supporting pupils of all abilities and backgrounds.
