A welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the Lichfield area is seeking an enthusiastic Full‑Time SEN Teacher to join their team on a supply basis starting after the Easter holidays.

About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN specialists

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from SEN Teachers who have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in an SEN or mainstream setting
  • Strong behaviour management and nurturing classroom skills
  • A patient, adaptable and dedicated approach
  • Passion for supporting children with diverse needs
