We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic school in the Leamington Spa area. As a key member of our team, you will be working with children and young adults in small groups and one-to-one settings within a classroom environment.
Role Requirements:
– Experience working with children and young adults with Autism is essential
– Ability to provide support and encouragement to students to help them reach their full potential
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
In our school, we prioritize creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters confidence and empathy in all aspects of learning. This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
