🌟 The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and complex learning needs).
  • Deliver tailored support in 1:1 sessions and small groups.
  • Assist class teachers with adapted learning activities and differentiated resources.
  • Promote emotional regulation, communication skills and positive behaviour.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils develop confidence and independence.
  • Contribute to a safe, structured and engaging classroom environment.
