This unique full-time opportunity offers the best of both worlds, with three days per week dedicated to SENCO responsibilities and the remaining two days spent teaching across Key Stage 2. As SENCO, you will lead the school’s SEND provision, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive the support, interventions, and opportunities they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to coordinate and monitor effective provision across the academy.
In addition, you will spend two days each week teaching across Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of learning and achievement. Therefore, the successful candidate will be equally confident in both classroom teaching and strategic leadership.
