Sports Coach –  Aldridge 

Are you an enthusiastic Sports Coach looking for a full-time role in a supportive secondary school in Aldridge? We’re recruiting a dedicated and energetic individual to join a thriving school community after the Easter holidays, working with KS3 and KS4 students.

🏫 About the Role

This is a full-time, term-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm, supporting PE lessons, delivering engaging sports activities, and helping students develop confidence, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality sports coaching sessions to KS3 and KS4 pupils
• Support PE teachers with lesson delivery and activity planning
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
• Assist with sports events, fixtures, and extracurricular clubs
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or coaching setting
• A passion for sport, fitness, and youth development
• Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
• Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive, positive, and reliable attitude

📍 Location

This role is based in Aldridge, West Midlands, easily accessible from Walsall, Brownhills, Sutton Coldfield, and surrounding areas.
