Zest Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Staffordshire and surrounding areas. About the Role

As an SEN Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Teach and support students with a wide range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and autism
  • Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
  • Create an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals
  • Contribute to students’ academic development, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth

You will work with a variety of schools, giving you the opportunity to broaden your SEN experience while supporting pupils who benefit greatly from consistent, empathetic teaching.


Essential Requirements

We are looking for teachers who have:

  • UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A patient, understanding, and compassionate approach
  • The ability to create engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
