Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in a welcoming primary school environment? We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to support schools across Marston Green, Birmingham, providing high-quality classroom assistance and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
This role is ideal for anyone with experience working with children who is looking for flexible hours, regular work, and the opportunity to support a range of year groups.
Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, learning activities, and behaviour support.
Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis as required.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Adapt to different school settings and routines with confidence.
Experience working with children (school experience preferred).
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to support learning and build strong relationships with pupils.
Reliability and professionalism in different school environments.
Consistent supply work in Marston Green and surrounding Birmingham areas.
Flexible full-time or part-time hours to suit your schedule.
