Supply Teaching Assistant – Marston Green, Birmingham

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Marston Green, Birmingham

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in a welcoming primary school environment? This role is ideal for anyone with experience working with children who is looking for flexible hours, regular work, and the opportunity to support a range of year groups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery, learning activities, and behaviour support.

  • Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis as required.

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

  • Adapt to different school settings and routines with confidence.
