Zest Education is seeking a qualified teacher to join an inclusive school in Rugby, catering to students aged 3-11. This long-term position is available immediately, offering you the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of these students.
As a teacher at this school, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Utilizing various teaching techniques and resources, you will support their learning and development while maintaining accurate records of their progress. Your commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment will contribute to positive interactions and learning experiences for all students.
To excel in this role, you must hold a recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS and have previous experience supporting children with additional needs in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2). Your dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is paramount in ensuring the well-being of our students.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
