The Successful Candidate Will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
Deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Use assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience of teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to promoting inclusion, equality and diversity.
Is reflective, resilient and eager to continue developing professionally.
Can work effectively as part of a supportive team.
