Full-time | Start ASAP | Until End of Summer Term
Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham
Minimum Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Qualified (or equivalent/higher)

Are you an experienced, confident, and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a rapidly improving school? Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a committed and forward-thinking primary school in the Selly Oak area.

This thriving school is undergoing exciting development and prides itself on fostering a warm, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment. As part of their dedicated team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and contributing to the school’s continued improvement journey.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will be:

  • Supporting small groups of children as well as individual pupils
  • Providing personal care support where required
  • Working collaboratively within the EYFS team
  • Assisting with general classroom responsibilities
  • Helping with setting up resources, organising learning materials, and creating engaging displays
  • Contributing to a stimulating and positive learning atmosphere

This role offers full-time hours from 08:30 to 15:40, Monday to Friday, continuing until the end of the summer term. For the right candidate, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position from September 2026.
