Job Description

Zest Education is recruiting a highly skilled, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the Norton Canes area. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing exceptional learning opportunities in a fun, caring and inclusive environment.

This full‑time role begins in September and involves supporting learning across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher, and helping to create engaging, hands‑on learning experiences for all pupils.

The Role

  • Provide high‑quality class support across the primary phase
  • Adapt and extend learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Deliver structured small‑group and 1:1 support where required
  • Assist with whole‑class learning and bring lessons to life through practical, engaging activities
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
