About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support learning both inside and outside the classroom. You will help pupils engage with lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals while contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
In addition to classroom support, the role will include lunchtime supervision and assisting with the set-up and put-away of resources and equipment, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the primary school.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Provide additional support for pupils with a range of learning and educational needs.
- Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organisation.
- Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence.
