Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team at a well-regarded school in Handsworth. This full-time position is set to commence in January 2024, providing an excellent opportunity to start the new year on a positive note.

As a teaching assistant at the school, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education. Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role. Requirements:

– A genuine passion for education and working with children

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Patience and empathy towards students of varying abilities

– Willingness to work collaboratively with the teaching team

– Previous experience as a teaching assistant (preferred but not essential)

– Relevant qualifications in education or related field (preferred but not essential)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
