Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Minworth. This full-time role involves supporting pupils across different classes and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons

• Work with pupils individually and in small groups

• Help maintain an organised and inclusive classroom

• Support positive behaviour and pupil engagement

• Contribute to the wider school environment

Requirements:

• Experience working in a school setting (desirable)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A patient and caring attitude

• Flexibility to work across different year groups

• Enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed
