Responsibilities:
– Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
– Support students with their individual learning needs
– Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential
– Supervise and manage student behaviour
– Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources
Requirements:
– Level 2 qualifications in teaching assistance
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience and understanding when working with young children
– Ability to work well within a team
– A genuine passion for education and nurturing young minds
