Job Description

Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding career? Zest is currently seeking a dedicated full-time TA to join a busy 2-form entry school in Rednal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join a strong team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting small groups within the Year 5 class, assisting with core subjects. Your responsibilities will include helping to prepare the classroom and resources for lessons, ensuring a coherent learning environment for the children. Collaborating closely with the class teacher, you will contribute to the overall success of the classroom dynamic.

This position is full-time and will commence as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. For the right candidate, there is potential for a permanent contract starting from September 2024.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
