Our client, an Ofsted rated outstanding school located in the heart of Leicester, is currently seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
– Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance
– Assisting with the planning and preparation of educational materials
– Promoting a positive learning environment for all students
– Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall success of the students
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
– A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Relevant qualifications in teaching assistance or education is an advantage

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
