Are you a passionate individual looking for a new start? Zest Education is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join a reputable school in Rugeley. This exciting role is set to commence as soon as possible and will run on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year. 📚✏️
As a teaching assistant at this esteemed institution, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons
– Supporting students through individual and small group activities to enhance their learning experience
– Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
– Providing additional assistance to students with special educational needs
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
– Prior experience in an educational environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student learning
– Possession of relevant qualifications in education or childcare would be advantageous

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
