Job Advert – Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support for Child with ASD)
Start Date: September 2025 – July 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: £90-100 per day PAYE based on experience
Location: Greenford, Ealing
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our early years team. You will work on a one-to-one basis with a child in Reception with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), supporting their learning, communication and social development.
Key responsibilities:
Provide consistent, one-to-one support tailored to the child’s individual needs.
Implement strategies recommended by the SENCo and external professionals.
Encourage positive interactions and promote independence within the classroom.
Support with personal care needs where required.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SEND team and parents.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
