Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Stafford. This school holds strong values that encourage and challenge pupils to reach their full potential. Rated outstanding by Ofsted, it offers a dynamic and supportive environment for both staff and students.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting the teacher in the classroom
– Designing learning aids and resources
– Providing 1-1 support to students as needed
– General behaviour management
– Maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential
– Ability to work well in a team and independently
– Excellent communication skills
– A positive and proactive approach to supporting students’ development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
