Zest Education are seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming primary school in Handsworth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
– Assist in lesson delivery and small group work
– Encourage engagement and independence among pupils
– Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
– Experience working with primary-aged pupils
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
– A nurturing and motivated attitude
– Level 2 or Level 3 qualification desirable
