Zest are on the hunt for a teaching assistant (Level 2) to work at a primary school in Brownhills. This role is to start as soon as possible.
The school are looking to appoint a kind, caring, flexible and hardworking person to join their dedicated team of Teaching Assistants to support their pupils. The successful candidate will be working 1:1 with SEN pupils, as part of their Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP). You will have the opportunity to work alongside well-structured and supportive staff to help all their children enjoy, learn and achieve success. The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiatives is important. The successful candidate must be patient, calm and flexible in their working practices.
Location: Brownhills
Hours: 25 hours a week, term time only
Type of Contract: until March 2025

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
