Teaching Assistant – June 2025 Start
Location: North West London
Salary: £25,675 – £26,068 per annum (FTE)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (via agency initially)

Zest Education London is proud to be working with a high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in North West London to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to start in June 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs. The role will initially be offered through the agency on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful probation period.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students aged 11 to 16 with a range of learning difficulties, including those with EHCPs

  • Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to ensure all students can access the curriculum

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, both in and out of the classroom

  • Assist with implementing individual support plans and tracking student progress

  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
