Teaching Assistant – SEN School

Job Description

Zest Education are recruiting for a full time LSA to join an outstanding SEN school in Ealing.

About the Role

  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD in a specialise SEN setting.

  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting children with additional needs.

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  • Providing emotional and behavioural support to ensure pupils remain engaged and confident in their learning.

  • Supporting with classroom organisation, preparation of materials, and general administrative tasks.

  • Encouraging independence and social interaction among pupils.

  • Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

  • Full-time, term-time only position starting ASAP until July 2026 with the opportunity for this to be extended.
