This is a full-time role supporting young people aged 16 to 25 who have additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH).

  • Someone with experience supporting young people, or with transferable skills from sectors such as care work, youth work, or community services

  • A strong team player with a genuine passion for helping others

  • Commitment to full-time, long-term work with a view to a permanent position

What’s in it for you:

  • Full training provided – experience is not essential if you bring the right attitude and commitment

  • Clear progression routes within a supportive and inclusive environment

  • Daily pay of £88.82 – £96, paid weekly

  • The chance to help shape young people’s futures and give them the skills to thrive beyond the classroom
