Zest Education are delighted to be working closely with a school in Solihull who are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) experience to start as soon as possible.
This is a specialist school for children aged 3 -19 years of age with speech, language and communication difficulties. Although many of the children have some associated difficulties such as fine motor problems or poor organisational skills.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students. If you enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, sharing knowledge, experience and learning, then this is the role for you.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
