About the role:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities

  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support

  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

  • Encourage and support pupils’ social and emotional development

  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement

  • Flexible work: choose the days that suit you

  • Full training provided – no prior experience needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm to work with children and support their learning

  • Flexible availability (full or part-time)

  • Able to provide professional references

  • Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this process)

  • Ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone passionate about education
