**Job Title:** Trainee Teaching Assistant
**Location:** Schools located across London
**Job Type:** Full-time

**Responsibilities:**
– Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
– Support students with their learning, including one-on-one assistance for pupils with special needs
– Help maintain a safe and conducive learning environment
– Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student progress
**Requirements:**
– Previous work experience in any sector
– Genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational journey
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to obtain two professional references and willing to undertake free online training
