Y4 job share teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dynamic and dedicated job share teacher (0.6) to join a passionate team in the Rubery area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the educational journey of of all children.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with your job share partner to plan and deliver engaging lessons to a Year 4 class.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
– Provide effective feedback to children to support their progress and growth.
– Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the community to ensure the well-being and success of all pupils.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (valid UK QTS).
– Demonstrated passion for teaching and learning.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Commitment to upholding school policies and practices.
– Ability to creatively engage and inspire young learners.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
